Extinguishing aerosol generator SOT-2M is intended for localization and extinguishing of fires of flammable and combustible liquids, solid combustible materials and electrical equipment, including those under voltage up to 40 kV, in enclosed spaces of non-explosive category. & Nbsp;
The SOT-2M generator consists of a housing containing a solid aerosol-forming charge, an aerosol cooling unit and an electrical starting unit, and an attachment unit designed to fasten the generator to the supporting structures. An electrical connection box is located on the attachment point, designed to connect the launch unit with the starting circuit. & Nbsp;
SOT-2M generators provide radial aerosol outflow from the holes in the nozzle cover of the generator body.
